Relocate Keywords field on OLAQ article pages

The Keywords field is appearing near the top of article landing pages in OLAQ. OLAQ editors included long keyword lists intending them to be hidden and used for SEO, but that is bad practice and not supported in OJS. They would like to see the Keywords field moved to the end of the descriptive metadata to be less prominent.

Metadata field order in the main column should be something like

• title
• author(s)
• doi
• abstract
• author bio(s)
• keywords

OLAQ editors have agreed to submit fewer keywords in future issues, and may manually pare down the keywords for existing articles.
