OLV changes screen when maximizing #648

My configuration: Windows 10 22H2 with 3 displays (2 1920x1080 + 1 1920x1200). The 1920x1200 display is configured as main.

Reproduction:

Open OLV: it opens maximized in the display configured as main.
Move OLV to another display .
Maximize.

Result:
It maximizes in the main display.

Expected result:
It maximizes in the display where you moved it.

FYI had the same issue with any java version other than 8

With JDK8 it works as expected.
