Slow IGC can mess with sending messages

When Run Language Assistance Automatically is enabled, sometimes the IGC is slow to run after the user stops typing, so the user has to wait until it's done and re-press enter/send

@Kelrap @wcjord While this is not the best UX, I think the advantage of having it set up like this is that it prevents users (especially new users, who don't yet know how IT/IGC work) from just sending a message right after typing it and missing that language assistance is available.

If an experienced user wants to avoid this, they can turn off automatic language assistance in their learning settings.

Do you two have any thoughts on this?

@Kelrap FYI we're putting UX questions like this in discussion tickets now.

So I just actually cranked up the amount of time that IGC waits before running. I'm going to leave this open and we'll see what user's reaction is in new usability testing.
