Allow user to edit the assigned language to a message

There are many instances of language detection not aligning with the user's intent. There will be many more for l1->l2 pairs like Spanish -> Catalan where the distinction can be ambiguous or even just Catalan in general.

For these, we need to give the user the ability to change the language of the message. This will mean sending an edit to the message.
