Parcel 2 to build a VueJS design system ?

Hello,

I'm looking for a efficient way to build internal design system with a build system like vuetify (vuetify package itself) but with vue SFC. Will parcel2 be able to do that ? (And parcel 1, maybe ?)

What vuetify do :

• It take typescripts files in an src folder
• It generate a dist folder with built files (css / css.map / js / js.map / js.min / js.min.map)
• It generate a folder "es5" with the same folder hierarchy than src, but with js/js.map files exported with es5 syntax
• It generate a folder "lib" with the same folder hierarchy than src, but with js/js.map files exported with es6 syntax
• It generate a types folder with types from typescript (.d.ts)
