There's currently no way to disable PulseAudio without the config menu.

Dear MR Pelia,
While your implementation of PUlseaudio is outstanding for sighted users,
who are not only using Pulseaudio sound server for speech synthesis and
Speech-dispatcher server. For visually impaired Orca users it is impossible
to listen Espeak-ng sound for a long time. It is very cuttering.
Sure, you have added special menu to The Xserver XSDL which allow to
disable Pulseaudio. BUt this menu is inaccessible for screen readers for
Android. Is it possible to add some code, which will disable Pulseaudio
sound server if download folder will contain file named
pulseaudio
If this file would be presented, Xserver XSDL would disable Pulseaudio.
Or is it possible to manually edit configuration file by using some file
manager such as Total Commander?
Thank you very much for your answer.
