Can't spawn process with latest module (32/64 bit)

Seeing random issues with spawning in general, and sometimes they complete for standard processes. But with this module, it never completes spawning:

32 bit should work fine, there is a known issue with 64 bit with weavedrive, there is a fix, it just needs to be pushed to the CUs

Might be the other random issues with creating processes then. Not sure if you're aware of that. Lots of retrying, have to rerun the command sometimes.
