[ncbi_*blast*_wrapper.xml] Add a way to use all needed options

Is it possible to add a way to use all needed options for the blast tools ?

Of course all options can't be fully integrated, the interface will become too complex.

So I have add a simple "text area" within my ncbi_blastn_wrapper.xml where I can add all the options which are not yet available through the interface.
It does what I need. It's really simple to use and it's simple to modidy the XML files.

Do you have any specific BLAST+ options you or your users access this way? I'd be much happier continuing to add specific parameters explicitly as needed.

I wanted to use gapopen and gapextend options. The simple "text area" is 100% flexible for all other options (not yet available) that a user will need tomorrow !

I really think this is not a good idea.
