No auto-retry

Recently twist.moe got really susceptible to losing connection which raises a curl: (56) OpenSSL SSL_read: Connection was reset, errno 10054 error.
I currently have to run the script again every time it loses connection, which is not ideal, so I recommend adding an auto-retry for these kinds of errors.

You can use aria2c for eg. or if curl has auto retry options please make a PR if possible.
