Currently, ex-hack is asking some questions requiring an interaction from the user when generating the doc (see app/Main.hs).

We want to add a -b (--batch) option which will:

Delete and re-generate the database.
Delete and re-download the tarballs.
Re-Generate the entire dependency graph.
