[Feature Request] Improvements on usability of rules tab #27

When I add Rules In the settings I would expect a few things like:

reorder rules
multiline (when I hit enter or ctrl+enter or shirt+enter it will just apply the rule and not add a new line)
edit rules (I have to delete and at a new rule if it is changing, but I also can't reorder them)
