DefaultChannels can't properly handle duplicate channel names #1

Currently if there are two text channels with the same name, only the first will be affected by DefaultChannels when one of them is set as the default channel. There is not currently any connection between the contextmenu and channel ID, and another route will have to be pursued to fix this.

Maybe (idk about without developer mode active) but right clicking on the channel and the context menu button being in that menu, so that it is direct to that channel? This may require developer mode being enabled though, which isn't the most difficult to enable.
