The README and the notebook give paths to old repo locations (either GitLab or rtorres on GitHub). The notebook also refers to a branch that has since been deleted, and I believe the PyLag installation instructions could be trimmed back significantly. Simply including the commands for installing PyLag from Anaconda Cloud should suffice.
