This happens frequently during various tasks:

  • modifying template fields
  • deleting template fields
  • adding records

Sometimes the task has failed, sometimes it has actually been performed ok.

Running on Windows in Chrome

note for myself: depends on github credentials / github OAuth application not being enabled by organisation owner.
