Mind including more details? What distro? What version of cosmic-screenshot? What GPU? What sequence of events causes the bug to manifest?

@leviport ArchLinux, it seems alpha 2 or alpha 3 version of cosmic-screenshot. My computer doesn't have GPU, only graphic card: 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])

Can you please describe the bug more thoroughly? Bug reports need far more details than you've provided in order for them to be actionable. Screenshots are saving fine for pretty much everyone else, so whatever is specifically making it not work on your system is what we need to get to the bottom of. We can't do that without more information.
