Report AMD GPUs correctly

I've seen some applications like my terminal fetch application report the AMD GPU correctly

Under the COSMIC about sections it instead shows it in this incredibly verbose way where the correct GPU is reported but it also shows a bunch of others.

I've seen a lot of other applications report my GPU in the same way so it seems like a common issue with these types of tools
