I have used Gurobi as my solver of choice. I do not plan to implement the use of other solvers.
Modify the excel sheet as you see fit to suit your individual nutritional requirement. Note that it is very easy to generate a model which is infeasible.
Also, the prices used are estimates and are based on the AUSNUT database
