Add parenthesis highlighting to REPL #42

Add parenthesis highlighting to the REPL along the lines one or more of the following:

Flash an underline under the matching open parenthesis when the closing is typed (c.f. edwin style in the MIT 1986 SICP lectures)
Bold or otherwise highlight the matching parenthesis when the cursor is under its matching parenthesis
Perhaps change the color of each combination
