Adminer no longer available under /adminer, but /adminer.php

Adminer is no longer available under /adminer route. After the recent mass refactor of the project, adminer is available under adminer.php instead (e.g. http://192.168.56.101/adminer.php).

Can we restore the previous behaviour, please? I reckon only the surroundings of https://github.com/puphpet/puppet-puphpet/blob/master/manifests/adminer/install.pp#L39 would need to change.
