We have a server where installation of the V8 R package is configured via the environment variable DOWNLOAD_STATIC_LIBV8. Nevertheless, pak prompts me if I would like to install libnode-dev (on a Debian based system). It would be great, if that were not the case, to save unnecessary interactions during the installation/upgrade process.
