Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any purchases that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Furvur Inc, 6D - 7398 Yonge St Unit # 363, Thornhill, ON, L4J 8J2.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Candidate refer to the person with whom You intend to be tested with a coding challenge service performed by Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Full Refund refers to a complete refund and no more than 100% of your original purchase price.

  • Partial Refund refers to a partial refund of less than 100% of your original purchase price.

  • Website refers to Rails Test, accessible from https://railstest.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so, provided that You have not already invited a Candidate to be tested. Once you invite a Candidate, the Order is considered to be processed and You may not receive a Full Refund.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

A Partial Refund will be issued under our complete discretion. The following are examples of situations which we may issue a Partial Refund:

  • Your Candidate has abandoned the code challenge.
  • You withdrawal your invitation to a Candidate, but the Candidate has not accessed the page upon which the coding challenge begins at all. Our system keeps track of system access to know when all access occurs.
