add searchable tags/keywords to texture slots?

Could it be useful to have a method of defining some keywords to texture slots, as for searching things in the texture browser?

For instance, many textures can have non descriptive names, such as diffuse. Or the texture may be named wall.png but also contains a light, in that case searching for light won't display that texture.

I was wondering if it would be worth having a textags or similar used something like this:

setshader bumpworld
texture 0 "path/to/texture"
texture n "path/to/texture"
texscale 0.5
textags "wall,dirty,metal"

setshader bumpworld
texture 0 "path/to/texture2"
texture n "path/to/texture2"
texscale 0.5
textags "grill,vent,trim"

Where matching any of the defined tags, show the texture slot in the search result. Ideally, it would be used for common types of textures that anyone would instinctively search for, for example:

• wall
• ceiling
• fan
• logo
• trim
• light
• clean
• dirty
• grass
• rock
