Create and lock entire resource

Hi,

is it possible to create and "lock" a entire resource? Like it was possible with the Resource Locker Operator?
We've tried different ways but none was working. Maybe somebody got an example for us :)

there wasn't much demand for that feature so I removed in the patch-operator. We also noticed that often the ability to create a resource can be met with operators like namespace-config-operator or kyverno.
