Improve toggle conversation context in the Smarti widget

Expected Behaviour

Toggling the conversation's context should be more intuitive.
Use a symbol to expand the conversation's context of a suggested message.
This symbol should be placed below the suggested message.

Actual Behaviour

Toggling the context is currently done by the 'Context' button that is in top of the suggested message.

I can also imagine calling it "expand" since this can be changed to "collapse" or "expand more" once expanded.
