Consider keeping the final image generated by the sketch in out folder

I recommend to include the out (1) folder and at least one of the generated images in the source control.

It helps editors to locate a possible higher-resolution, original image to use in different parts of the book. It also makes it a lot easier to contribute to dear-gen-book - the author himself or others can start creating content for the book without having to re-run the sketches.

(1) I used out as a convention. I suggest we use the same folder. I'm willing to change mine if it makes easier for you.
