Provide Mainnet Bindings?

To test on mainnet one only has to provide a wrapper to a lightning node implementation as the oracle. I wonder if the lib should provide a Mainnet Wrapper to existing lightning implementations as alternative Oracles? (recall the oracle class mainly has to provide a send onion call)

Cons may be the following issues:

• Respect all meta data from gossip #9
• Include an example with an Async Payment Loop #4
• Git rid of dependencies (will speed up run time significantly) #6

This issue may be related to:

• Fix and automate simple pruning to proper pruning #1
• Provide import from other ChannelGraph formats (lnd, ldk, eclaire) #5
• and vaguely to Remove magic numbers #7
