adaptive_LIF_neuron.ipynb only works with worker Pool close and join commented out in neuron.py. Why is this and fix it.

closing and joining the worker pool works fine on ng-thalamus. Perhaps this is only an issue with fragapanagos-pc

Dropbox now has a scratch.ipynb notebook with this issue isolated
