Need instructions on the Presentations & Demos page for how to get an account to upload material on the demo site. We should also add demo info info under the Getting Started page, as well?

Probably need a Download / Install section somewhere, maybe under Getting Started? There is an FAQ for this only now but it doesn't look like you can link directly to a specific FAQ.
