Describe the bug
Selecting General midi in games doesn't produce any music.

To Reproduce
Use the setup of a game such as Duke Nukem 3D and select General Midi. There would be silence.

Expected behavior
There should be music. Stable, v17 version from 2020 works with the same guest machine.

Emulator configuration

  • CPU: Pentium 90
  • Sound cards: Soundblaster 16
  • Installed OS: Windows 95

Host machine

  • Emulator version: 12-July-2023

I'd just stick to stable PCEM instead of wasting time trying to get something to work that isn't meant to yet. It's called Stable for a reason. 😲🙂
