--current-week should be recent week

The most typical use case is to create a work report either at the end of the week (Friday) or early in the next week (Monday). Both of these should automatically choose the work week which was just completed. But using --current-week on Monday just results in a report covering less than 24 hours, which is not useful. There should be something like --last-completed-week which has DWIM behaviour.
