How to post() the AsyncRead?

I have the below code and I'm stucked because I don't know how to post() the AsyncRead, can you help me understand?

A little late, but for reference, to convert tokios AsyncRead t reqwest's Body:

  let stream = tokio_util::io::ReaderStream::new(reader);
  let body = reqwest::Body::wrap_stream(stream);
