The Goal

Instead of generating markdown, we want to generate fairly verbose json (sarif) and then submit it to GitHub. GitHub will magically transform it into things, just like it does for CodeQL -- see https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/code-scanning/automatically-scanning-your-c[…]ies-and-errors/triaging-code-scanning-alerts-in-pull-requests for example.

We want this to work in the same way as this proposed feature for check-spelling/check-spelling
