Ensure that shadow owns /usr/share/defaults/etc/skel/ so shells can drop in appropriate files
Add default skeleton bash login files to bash recipe -- bash: Enable support for sourcing from ~/.bashrc.d OOTB #452
Add default skeleton zsh login files to zsh recipe
Add default skeleton fish files to fish recipe
