Make a curated list of recommended print outs for tables

There are already a lot of resources in the README, and when I was going to print for my actual booth I had to make a lot of decisions about what to include.

I think a "best of" would have to include:

• DMs Open - it's long, but people were very interested in talking about the challenges of remote organizing
• the little NLRB cards, especially the ones around immigrant rights and EAPs
• the Protecting Employee Rights NLRB pamphlet which was a great primer
