目前 roc 暴露的用于测试的接口有：

  • Init()：使用很少，不到 20 处
  • Test()：使用很多。
  • ServeForTest()：目前的推荐方式，使用尚不太多

去掉 Init() 方法，以减轻维护成本。前提：所有对此函数的调用都已下线。
