GB and GBC saves are created with a fixed, incorrect size (128KB)

This size increase cause incompatibilities with some apps, like the save editor pkHeX

Version tested: GBE+ v1.6

Luckily it doesn't kill the savefile, it loads in BGB (after renaming the extension, causes incorrect RTC time on gbe+), resave, and it works in PKHex again. Clunky emulator.
