reviews table field selection not applying in Stitch

We're using Stitch to pull reviews through to our database. We've configured this tap to only process specific columns - however we're seeing all columns coming through regardless.

To make sure this wasn't due to some lingering state I unselected all non-mandatory columns for the reviews table in Stitch, dropped the corresponding table in Snowflake (the destination database we use), reset the sync start date and ran a new extraction. Once this ran I had another look at the table in Snowflake and found the following columns fully populated with data:

CONTENT,CREATED_AT,DELETED,EMAIL,ID,NAME,REVIEWER_TYPE,SCORE,SENTIMENT,SKU,TITLE,UPDATED_AT,VOTES_DOWN,VOTES_UP,_SDC_BATCHED_AT,_SDC_RECEIVED_AT,_SDC_SEQUENCE,_SDC_TABLE_VERSION
