CALC pv handling

CALCs are a local plug in in edm and pydm. They are currently not being converted.
Some of this might not be possible with pydm because they use the severity of the CALC functions to determine the color of a widget.
Might be a good idea to just throw these in the csv file, or a new ui file for a human to look at. (I.e. might be a good design standard to put in the alarm handler rather than combine severities on the page)
Might need to coordinate with the pydm team to expand the CALC plugin for full functionality.
