add possibility to change status of rejected applications

As far as I see, I have no working option to change status of rejected applications to our community.
Buttons "Akzeptieren" und "Ablehnen" are without any function, when I have a look back to older applications.

In this way, there is no possibility to change mind about a person.

you're correct, I did not implement an option to change an application state after it has been decided once (don't really know why, but probably just didn't get around to doing so).
Unfortunately, I currently lack the time to develop new functionality for slotlist - plus the tech stack is quite outdated - so I'm afraid I can't fix that for you right away, however I'm more than happy to accept a PR if someone wants to step in and provide the update!

If you need a particular application (manually) deleted from the DB, I'm happy to do so, but can only do so for a few exceptions as it involves manual work to clean up every time.
