Issue/Feature Description:
Registered Backends are not seen after Dashboard is left idle for sometime.
This issue is seen intermittently , after downloading the AKSK again, the Registered Backends are visible again.
Not a blocker for Jerba release

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
