Multicloud Backend information not available

Issue/Feature Description:
While creating the cloud backend, we give the name, backend cloud type, region etc...
But after creation, region, endpoint etc cannot be viewed. no provision
Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
Basic info listing. Also needed these for modification. Currently modification gives only access key info to edit!
How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
Create a backend successfully-> view the backend
