Workflow actions reversal on failure

What happened:
Run a workflow, workflow failed.
What you expected to happen:
The actions already passed in the workflow can make the system in unknown state. So user can have an option to reverse what is already happened to bring to the original state?
Otherwise, how do we handle it?
