clustermap1 color palettes and thoughts

given this plot,

@taylorreiter pointed out the overlap in "orange" between the clustermap variables and the categorical variables used on the columns. When asked for specific recommendations, she said:

Ah I see. then I do not currently have a recommendation for two color palettes that don’t overlap, where one will be used for a continuous variable as a heatmap color and one will be for categorical variable as a label bar

a few thoughts -

• could support an optional (but specific) color column in the categories csv
• for boolean (vs continuous) we could switch colormaps
