#92 adds reporting for checksum issues. While we test user-provided checksums and associated failures for urlsketch, we couldn't think of a way to force errors for gbsketch.

Think about how to add gbsketch tests for:

  1. checksum file download/parsing failure
  2. checksum mismatches
