Can FSST be written into VarBinView instead of VarBin? #1987

It would be nice to leverage the short-circuiting of VarBinView (only checking the views) without decompressing FSST. We already store lengths, so it does add some storage.

This would only work for eq expressions.
And I think it only works if FSST greedily chooses symbols.

The idea was that it's wasteful for space but it's definitely possible
