This file was generated using 7-Zip.
It should be as simple as download all files, put them in the same folder, and double click the file with the zip extension.

Utilities to zip/unzip should come as a default for any major Operating System these days. If you are having issues, I would recommend that you install 7-Zip (which is free) and that will do the trick for you.

There are no additional steps. It is as simple as that.
