We do not have mockups of these as separate forms, so let me know if you need that.

Details form should include (basically, the descMD):

box to indicate what's changing, since this form only shows up after the collection has been deposited
title
description
contacts
links to related content

Settings form has everything else (things that aren't in the descMD).
