For the work and collection forms:

  • Add "Discard draft" button to the bottom of every pane. It is currently only on the "Deposit" pane.
  • Add "Save as draft" button to the "Deposit" pane. It is currently on all panes but this one.
  • Remove the "Cancel" option on the "Deposit."
