0.8.37: Pool Mining: When I disable Pool Mining and click on Restart Now, the app closes but does not restart on it's own #1330

Describe the bug
As a user when I disable Pool Mining and the Restart modal appears, I find that when I click on Restart Now , the app closes but does not restart

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'tari universe'
  2. Click on 'Settings' icon
  3. Scroll down to and click on 'Pool Mining'
  4. Disable Pool mining
  5. Click on Restart Now on the modal that appears
  6. Observe

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Aspire A315-59
  • Windows 11, 24H2

Tested on Windows 11, app version 0.3.38 and this is no longer occurring

This is now re-occurring on my MacBook Pro i5, app version 0.8.44
