Update on new org structure

Greetings to everyone in the community!! 👋🏻

We have already revealed the new structure to you, our members, on our discord event. Here is the official announcement regarding a slight modification to the same. All roles and responsibilities remain as it is, except for the addition of Human Resource Manager (HRM). We have made slight adjustment to the organization structure in order to accommodate the HRM. All roles and responsibilities of individuals in the previous structure remain the same, and can be viewed in discussion #2. Responsibilities of the HR is mentioned below.

Human Resource Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Tracking performance of Engineering & Operations Team
• Rating individual based on performance
• PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
• Hiring
• Onboarding
